Shared responsibilities
ActaFlow provides workspace permissions, approvals and controls. Customers must configure access and automations proportionately, have a lawful basis to process data and assess impacts on individuals. Using a compliant service does not automatically make every automation compliant: the customer’s purpose and instructions also matter.
