Questions about ActaFlow Private.
AI, data and access: answers to help define your project.
Can ActaFlow run on-premises or in a private cloud?
ActaFlow Private is a tailored project for running AI automations in your infrastructure: on company servers (on-premises) or in a private cloud under your control. You can choose a hybrid architecture or an entirely internal platform. Before installation, we assess compatibility, security, resources and costs; it is not a self-service option in the cloud plan.
Is using our own AI enough to keep all data in-house?
No. With Internal AI, we connect your company model or plan its installation, but automations, databases, files and document search remain in ActaFlow’s managed services. Model requests are processed by your AI; the cloud platform may still process the content needed for the work.
Can we keep documents, databases and RAG search in-house?
Yes. With Internal Data, we plan databases, file storage and document search within your infrastructure, including embeddings. RAG retrieves information from documents for the automation. If the AI model or platform remain in the cloud, the required excerpts may still be sent to those services: these transfers are defined as part of the project.
Can data still leave with Everything Internal?
The full installation is designed to run ActaFlow, the AI model, databases, files and document processing in your environment. Its scope also includes logs, backups and outbound connections. An automation that sends an email or updates an external service still transfers the required data to that service: we agree which connections to authorise with you.
What work can we automate with a private installation?
For example, reading confidential documents, preparing a quote using internal price lists and requesting a colleague’s approval before sending it. Or collecting data from business software and producing a document for review. Models, connectors and formats must be checked in your environment: we start with your processes and test the workflow before putting it into operation.
How do support, updates and costs work?
ActaFlow Private comes with a tailored quote for installation, integrations and support. We define who manages infrastructure, updates and models. Remote support has no permanent access: you authorise each intervention, its scope and duration, with a record of operations. Costs, timelines and requirements are agreed before activation.
