Your team.
One shared outcome.
Describe the outcome. Review the plan with AI. Then each person works on their contribution, with the context to move forward together.
A shared plan.
A thread for each person.
Choose the participants and describe the work in the shared conversation. AI proposes steps, owners and expected results. The administrator confirms the plan before individual threads begin.
A task, from the first request to the result.
Anna assigns a workflow to Marco. Follow the task, his work with AI and the returned result in the dashboard.
Anna assigns the task. Marco works with AI. The result returns to Anna.

Work moves forward,
context stays with it.
Each person works on their contribution.
Work with AI and authorized resources in your own thread. The plan shows which contributions can run in parallel and which need a colleague’s result.
You confirm the handoff.
Ask AI to summarize your contribution, review it and confirm the handoff. The result reaches the colleagues named in the plan and adds context to their threads.
You can also hand over a single task.
Prepare a task, choose a colleague and review the message before sending. Follow tasks and results from Home. Your colleague receives the task’s context; your original chat stays yours.
Choose what to share.
Choose private or shared threads for the space. Document and tool permissions remain separate.
Private threads
Each person works in their own thread and shares results with the team.
Shared threads
Participants can read the space’s threads and continue working with AI in their own.
Documents and tools retain their permissions. A shared plan does not transfer credentials or remove approvals.

Plans, conversations and handoffs.
How do we start a shared conversation?
Choose the participants and the space administrator. Set thread visibility, add the context you want to share and describe the outcome. In the common discussion, you can clarify the work and review the proposed plan.
Who can confirm the plan?
The space administrator confirms the current version of the plan. Other participants can contribute to the discussion and suggest changes. AI must incorporate messages still being processed before the plan can be confirmed.
Can we work at the same time?
Yes. Independent contributions can move forward in parallel, each in its own thread. The plan shows dependencies on other people’s results, so you can prepare your part while keeping track of the information and decisions you still need.
Can colleagues read my conversation with AI?
It depends on the visibility chosen for the space. With private threads, you share the common context and selected results. With shared threads, participants can read one another’s threads. This choice is separate from access to documents and connected accounts.
What happens when I complete a step?
You prepare the handoff summary, review it and confirm the step. The approved result reaches the colleagues specified in the plan. AI analyzes it in their threads to help them continue, using the context and resources they can access.
Can I assign work without sharing my original chat?
Yes. From a result, you can prepare a task or a review request, choose the recipient and review the message before sending. Your colleague receives the work and the context needed to continue; your original chat stays yours.
Does sharing work give colleagues access to my accounts?
Sharing a plan, chat or result does not transfer credentials. Document access, reading data and taking actions in tools follow their respective permissions. Sending messages and other actions require the configured accounts and approvals.
Can we change the plan while work is in progress?
You can request changes in the shared discussion. AI prepares a proposal, and the administrator reviews and confirms the update. The new version of the plan is reflected in participants’ threads.
